The Board of Directors of the Hearst-Kapuskasing-Smooth Rock Falls Counselling Services (HKSCS) deemed it appropriate to establish a strategic plan for 2016-2021 to provide a more realistic projection to its members and to all the Francophone and Anglophone communities it serves.
With this in mind, the consultant who was hired to guide the organization used a participatory approach which involved members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director, the management committee and staff members of HKSCS in order to present a relevant strategic plan.
